Hybrid Systems Engineer + Civil Engineer
Founder • Systems Architect • Creator of the D.E.A.L. OS™
Faith-Based Entrepreneur & Leader of 30+ International Mission Trips
I’m a rare combination of civil engineer and systems engineer, and I’ve spent more than 20 years blending those disciplines to build the operating systems that help real estate developers scale.
Across more than 300 companies — including Marriott, GE, Greystar, DR Horton, JLL, Welltower, and Cardone Capital — I’ve designed over 1,000 systems that improve visibility, reduce chaos, and give developers the structure they need to grow with confidence.
Most people see disconnected tools and bottlenecks.
I see a system waiting to be engineered.
I began my career building hydrologic models and environmental forecasting systems for FEMA and the National Weather Service — work where structure and precision were everything.
When I moved into enterprise systems, I realized real estate developers faced the same problem:
massive projects, big opportunities, but no unified system to run the operation.
After scaling and selling HingePoint, I built the D.E.A.L. OS™ to give developers the clarity, alignment, and investor-readiness needed to scale their portfolios just like the big institutions do.
I combine civil and systems engineering to build the D.E.A.L. OS™ — the operating system that helps real estate developers scale with clarity and control.
I’m a husband, a 3× proud girl dad, a cyclist, and a bass player in a band.
I’ve also led more than 30 international mission trips — service is at the core of who I am.
Bryce’s journey is shaped by a rare blend of civil engineering and software systems expertise. His background in building enterprise software for real estate and construction gives him a deep understanding of both technology and development.
This combination allows him to create tailored solutions that help developers take control of their pipelines, speed up deals, and scale with confidence. Bryce explains that his diverse experience has shaped his ability to solve complex challenges in the real estate development industry.
By understanding both the technical and practical sides of development, he builds solutions that are not only powerful but also intuitive and easy to implement.
With experience as both a software engineer and a civil engineer, Bryce uniquely understands large-scale systems as well as the real-world realities of planning, designing, building, and managing real estate assets.
His work on hotel development pipelines at Marriott and system improvement projects for Chick-fil-A and Under Armour has given him valuable insight into how major enterprises scale their portfolios successfully.
In 2010, Bryce founded HingePoint, a consulting firm dedicated to helping large enterprises build efficient systems for real estate development and construction. During this time, he partnered with major companies like Marriott, General Electric, and American Express to bring structure and visibility to their development operations.
He played a key role in automating development pipelines, streamlining construction processes, and enabling teams to operate successfully at scale. Under his leadership, HingePoint replaced chaotic, disconnected systems with streamlined, integrated platforms that improved efficiency across entire organizations.
The company’s success eventually led to a rewarding acquisition—an important milestone in Bryce’s entrepreneurial journey. He describes the experience as both bittersweet and deeply meaningful.
“Leading HingePoint was an incredible learning experience,” Bryce reflects. “It taught me the importance of staying customer-focused, continuously innovating, and building a strong, capable team.”
These lessons now shape his approach at DealFlow Dynamics™, guiding how he builds systems, leads teams, and supports companies in scaling effectively.
This company represents the culmination of decades spent discovering why profitable companies run out of cash—and building the systems to fix it.
DealFlow Dynamics™ is Bryce’s answer to the insanity of companies paying interest on credit lines while their own money sits uncollected.
By focusing on rapid implementation and immediate cash recovery, Bryce helps companies transform from cash-poor to cash-rich in 90 days.
Bryce’s passion for helping companies stems from watching too many brilliant businesses suffocate on their own success—profitable on paper while scrambling for cash.
A faith-based entrepreneur, Bryce believes in using his skills to solve real problems that keep business owners up at night.
While he doesn’t lead with this message in his current venture, his faith remains an important part of who he is—driving his commitment to honest, effective solutions.
This personal philosophy translates into the culture at DealFlow Dynamics™: We measure success in dollars collected, not reports delivered.
When he’s not working, Bryce is an advocate for community involvement and using business as a force for good.
He enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring other entrepreneurs, and embracing new challenges that push him out of his comfort zone.
A Texas resident, Bryce takes pride in contributing to the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes the Lone Star State.
